At Homes by Faircroft, we don't just build houses; we create homes where families can thrive. Our journey began in the heart of South Texas, inspired by the values of community and connection.

Our Story: In 2010, Brett Rowley founded BSR Properties, driven by his small-town upbringing in Needville, TX. With a vision to provide quality housing, Brett started by acquiring rental properties. By 2012, he shifted his focus to building lasting communities, establishing Homes By Faircroft’s headquarters in Katy, TX.

Our Growth: From 2016 to 2020, we expanded rapidly, acquiring over 1,400 acres in the Greater Houston area and developing more than 340 acres in Sealy, East Bernard, and Wharton. These efforts led to the creation of Homes by Faircroft in 2022, dedicated to designing beautiful, quality homes where families can Love Where They Live.

Our Present: Today, we're developing eight vibrant communities and building over 600 homes across South Texas. Each home features open floor plans, energy-efficient designs, and thoughtful details to enhance your lifestyle. Our neighborhoods offer green spaces and responsible HOA guidelines, ensuring a perfect blend of beauty, functionality, and community living.
